Cancellation Policy

Your time is important at Rawnature Face & Body. Out of respect for all of my clients, a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required. If you cancel outside the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of your service with a minimum of $25. My policy is to charge all no-shows for 100% of their scheduled treatments. Thank you in advance for your understanding and adherence to this policy.

COVID-19 Protocol

Masks are required upon entry, even if you are receiving facial services. You will be asked to fill out a brief COVID questionnaire prior to your appointment. If you are receiving facial services, you may remove your mask once you are in the treatment room. If you are receiving any other service besides a facial, please keep your mask on for the duration of your visit.

Return Policy

Skincare items can be exchanged for similar merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All makeup and accessories sales are final.
